Tokenisation

TrendsErwachsene
Making assets (property, art, shares) tradable as digital tokens on the blockchain. It allows you to buy fractions of a property for €100. Still in its early days.
🇩🇪 The detailed explanation is only available in German so far – help translate it!

Vorteile:

Risiken:

❌ Noch kaum reguliert
❌ Technisch komplex
❌ Markt noch sehr klein (aber wachsend)

Did you know? Boston Consulting Group estimates the market for tokenised assets at $16 trillion by 2030 – about 10% of all global assets.
