Data access request (GDPR)

Your right of access under Art. 15 GDPR (German: DSGVO):

What you can ask:

• What personal data does the company hold about me?
• For what purpose is it processed?
• Who has it been passed on to?
• How long will it be stored?

How to make the request:

1. Email the company's data protection officer (listed in the legal notice or privacy policy)
2. Subject: "Request for access under Art. 15 GDPR"
3. Give your name and identification (e.g. email address, customer number)
4. Deadline: 30 days – the company MUST reply within one month

What you can do with the information:

✅ Have incorrect data corrected (Art. 16 GDPR)
✅ Demand deletion (Art. 17 GDPR – "right to be forgotten")
✅ Restrict processing (Art. 18 GDPR)
✅ Lodge a complaint with the data protection authority
