Rohstoffpreise beeinflussen direkt oder indirekt fast alle Preise im Alltag:

Wichtige Rohstoffe und ihre Auswirkungen:

• Öl: Beeinflusst Benzin, Heizung, Plastik, Transport → fast alle Konsumgüter
• Gas: Heizung, Strom, Industrieproduktion → Energiekosten
• Weizen/Mais: Brot, Nudeln, Tierfutter → Lebensmittelpreise
• Gold: „Sicherer Hafen“ in Krisenzeiten, schmuck
• Kupfer: Elektronik, Kabel, Bauwirtschaft → „Dr. Copper“ (gilt als Konjunkturindikator)

2022 erlebt: Der Ukraine-Krieg ließ Öl- und Gaspreise explodieren. Erdgas stieg zeitweise um 400%. Die Folge: Inflation in Deutschland über 8%, explodierende Heizkosten, höhere Lebensmittelpreise.

Did you know? In April 2020 the oil price fell below ZERO for the first time in history: −$37 per barrel. Oil traders literally had to PAY someone to take their oil – because all storage was full.
