Lasting power of attorney

Erbschaftab 13 J.
A document authorising a trusted person to make decisions for you if you can no longer do so yourself (accident, illness, dementia).
🇩🇪 The detailed explanation is only available in German so far – help translate it!

Was die Vollmacht regelt:

Did you know? Only about 40% of Germans have a lasting power of attorney. In an emergency, the family is then often unable to act – even a spouse may not access accounts without a power of attorney.
