Compulsory share (Pflichtteil)

ErbschaftErwachsene
The statutory minimum claim of close relatives (spouse, children, parents) to an inheritance in Germany – even if the will disinherits them. It amounts to half of the statutory share.
🇩🇪 The detailed explanation is only available in German so far – help translate it!

Did you know? The compulsory share is half of the statutory share and is purely a monetary claim. Even if you are disinherited, you can claim it.
